All purchases on DailyEMT.com are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the merchant of record for every transaction. This means Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, taxes, and the issuance of refunds on our behalf. Your use of Lemon Squeezy’s checkout is also subject to their terms and privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com.

The 7-Day Access Pass ($9.99) is non-refundable. Because it grants immediate, full access to all practice tests for its entire 7-day duration, it is fully consumable within any refund window — meaning the full value of the pass can be used before a refund could reasonably apply. For this reason, all 7-Day Access Pass sales are final.

5HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Include Your Order Number
Add the order number from your Lemon Squeezy confirmation email so we can locate your purchase quickly.
We Process the Refund
We confirm eligibility and submit the refund through Lemon Squeezy. Funds typically return in 5–10 business days.
We review every request promptly and will confirm by email once your refund has been submitted.
6DUPLICATE PURCHASES
Accidental or duplicate purchases happen — if you were charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 7 days of purchase, regardless of which pass you bought (including the 7-Day Access Pass).

7CHARGEBACKS
If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us first before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Refund requests are almost always resolved faster and more simply through our support team than through a bank dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension, as chargebacks are treated as a dispute of the entire purchase rather than a refund request we can resolve directly.
